Below you will find a form which you can print out and following the instruction, when you decide to contribute through pre-authorized debit, please drop off the form at the church office, or at Sunday mass. Pre-authorized giving plan will only function when we have sufficient number of parishioners who will take up this new way of donating to the church. This is due to the fees which need to be paid to the financial institution which handles this type of donations. Please consider pre-authorized giving! Fr. Andrew |||Pre-authorized giving plan||| Application Form||| SAMPLE CALCULATING THE MONTHLY PRE-AUTHORIZED GIVING To help determine the amount of one’s monthly deduction, the following calculation is presented as an example and guide. Please note that the Special Diocesan Collections through the year have not been included in the calculation given below. Offertory: Averages @ $20 per week X 52 weeks = $1040.00 Building Fund: Averages @$20 per month X 12 months = $240.00 Total contributions for the year = $1280.00 To calculate the monthly pre-authorized giving: Divide $1280 by 12 = $106.66 per month Round up to $100.00 per month |
